About Beth Lanzisera
I have been a massage therapist since 1998 and have a combined credentialed background in physical therapy and nutrition. This previous experience gives me the advantage of an added level of knowledge about the body and a holistic perspective. My approach is integrated, which includes deep tissue, stretching and trigger point massage. I have completed training in myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, sports stretching, non-surgical treatment of the neck and shoulder. As of 2009, I became Nationally Certified where I had to qualify through experience, training, and a standardized national examination.
